R House Lettings are very flexible when it comes to viewings of its properties. We will try to make appointments for you for the day you call or the day of your choosing.We usually undertake viewings between 10am and 6pm. Saturday viewings are available in some instances.

Our viewings usually last for 15 minutes. Second viewings are also available on request. Our viewings may be with multiple groups of potential tenants to both save our times and keep our costs down.

At your viewing you will be given an information sheet, explaining about R-House Lettings and tenancy agreements. This should answer any queries you may have however please contact the office if you have a question not covered in this information.

After viewing a property if you wish to take out a tenancy you will need to fill out one of our application forms and pay the administration fee (Currently £30 per tenant moving in).

R House also requires that you have a guarantor who will pay you rent on your behalf if for any reason you do not. You will require the details of your guarantor when you complete your application form.
