R House Uses standard assured shorthold tenancy agreements. If you wish to rent a property for a period of less than 6 months you may have to pay a surcharge on your rent.

All our tenancies are for fixed periods generally 6 months, however in most cases we will renew all tenancies for a further period before they end.

On agreeing to take a property you must pay our standard administration charge for your credit check to be processed and the preparation of contracts. On signing your tenancy agreement you must pay the first months rent and a deposit of at least 1 months rent.

All rent is due at least 1 month in advance. Our general terms and conditions may vary from property to property. Please note however that we do not allow pets in the majority of the properties we rent out.
